At Refined, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds

We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Once we receive and inspect the item, you'll be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Items marked Final Sale

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@refinedbyhim.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
