At Refined, some of our products are made-to-order using a trusted print-on-demand service. This helps us reduce waste and ensure every item is crafted just for you.
If the product you order is not manufactured by a print-on-demand service(shipped by us personally), our social media platforms will provide updates about shipping and you will receive an email with a tracking number. If the item you ordered
Processing Time
Because we produce your items after you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders over a certain amount.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the availability and type of product. You’ll receive tracking info for each package.
International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Refined is not liable for any additional charges or delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stuck Packages
